Hollick Restoration Ltd is a heritage construction company based in Somerset, serving clients throughout Minehead, Taunton, Exmoor, West Somerset, Devon and the wider South West.
Established in 2012 and partnered with LimeWorks Construction Ltd, we bring together decades of experience in traditional building conservation and heritage construction. Our team has worked on a wide range of projects, from period cottages and listed buildings to larger restoration schemes for private clients, heritage organisations and conservation-led developments.
We believe in preserving the character and integrity of historic buildings through quality workmanship, traditional materials and practical solutions tailored to each property. Hollick Restoration is led by Matthew Hollick, a CIOB member and GNVQ Level 3 qualified plasterer specialising in traditional building conservation and heritage construction. Working alongside a trusted network of skilled tradespeople and heritage professionals, the company delivers practical, sympathetic solutions that respect the character and fabric of historic buildings.

Plastering & Insulation Systems
Our plastering services include lime plastering, lime rendering, lath & plaster repairs, wattle & daub repairs, insulated lime systems and all aspects of traditional and modern plastering. We regularly work on listed buildings, period properties and heritage projects throughout Somerset, Devon and the South West.
We also specialise in breathable insulation systems designed to improve thermal performance whilst respecting the character and fabric of historic buildings. Working alongside architects, conservation officers and building control, we can advise on suitable solutions to help achieve required U-values and building regulation compliance where appropriate.
From minor repairs to complete refurbishment projects, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technical knowledge to deliver high-quality finishes tailored to every property.
